Horrible Sauvignon Blanc. The worst one I have ever tasted. It was sweet and sharp and rough - nothing like the usual delicious NZ Sauvignon Blancs that I tend to drink. This is far too expensive for what it is - tastes like a basic table wine.

Had this is in a restaurant where it was £52 a bottle! Really enjoyed it so thought I’d buy a few. Actually love it as it’s not too strong tasting. If you like a more subtle wine then you will love it. It you prefer a stronger grape taste then avoid.

I am a big fan of New Zealand Sauvignon and this is my current go too. For me the representation of everything I expect from a good Sauvignon. Also drinks well after opening, which is good for me as my husband is not really a wine drinker.

Light straw yellow. Notes of apple on the nose followed by touches of passion fruit and soft tropical fruit, proceeds on citrus and orange blossom impressed by white wild flowers. The palate is pleasantly fresh and tasty with a return to notes of citrus and tropical fruit, with a body balanced between acidity and minerality with a soft and slightly persistent finish

New Zealand Sav Blanc has been my go to wine for several years and happy to buy across the price range, plus mix old favourites with new tastings. Sadly, this is the first ever bottle that I would never buy again and actually disliked. To me it lacked any of the Sav Blanc characteristics and if I had not known I would have confused it with another grape variety. I can see others like it, but not for me this one.
