What are my membership options?
You can subscribe to any number of wines that are included in the plan. You can choose 12, 24 or 36 bottles of your favourite wine every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Can I cancel?
You can cancel your membership anytime on your online account. If you get stuck please contact our customer happiness team or drop into your local store.
When will I get my case?
We'll send your case every 1, 2 or 3 months in accordance with your selection, you'll be able to check this on your online account. We'll always email you before your next case is due to be delivered. Your first case can take between 4-6 weeks to arrive dependent on sign up date but you can always grab a few bottles from your local store or online if you're running dry!
How do I make changes to my membership?
You can change your membership preferences anytime on your online account. If you get stuck please contact our customer happiness team or drop into your local store.
Where will my case be delivered to?
Your case will be delivered to your deafult delivery address by our trusted courier. If you're not in we'll leave it in a safe place for you if we can. You can update your delivery address on your online account.
How do I pay for my case?
We will charge the default card registered on your account when your case is dispatched from our warehouse
