Nyetimber Wines

Nyetimber are renowned worldwide for premium English sparkling wine. The West Sussex estate first turned heads in 2003, when one of their wines beat Bollinger and Louis Roederer in a blind tasting at the Sparkling Wine World Championships. The winemaking is in the expert hands of Cherie Spriggs. Not only was Cherie the first person outside of Champagne to be awarded Sparkling Winemaker of the Year – she was also the first female to be honoured with the title. Nyetimber’s fruit is 100% estate-grown and hand-harvested. Grapes include classic Champagne varietals, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and all cuvées are made using the same ‘Traditional Method’ applied in Champagne.
