About the producer
The Cantor label comes courtesy of the largest entirely family-owned wine company in Chile, Luis Felipe Edwards. Founded in 1976, the estate sits in a secluded horseshoe-shaped valley, flanked by the San Fernando ridge and beyond the vast snow-capped Andes. Winemaker Nicolas Bizzarri studied in Australia and has worked in Napa Valley, so is well-placed to tackle New World terroirs and traditions.



About the region
Chile’s Colchagua Valley is largely synonymous with red wine, with grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère receiving top billing. But this area south of Santiago – stretching from the Pacific to the base of the Andes – can also turn out wonderful whites, in part thanks to the cool, crisp nights. This bottling is proof.
