The grapes are fermented for 10 days in stainless steel tanks and aged using French and American oak for 5 months. On the nose you’ll find juicy red berry flavours such as red currants and raspberry. Oak aging makes the flavours deeper and more complex with underlying peppery notes. Expect milk chocolate, sweet baking spices, and a sweet round finish.
