Thistledown Wines are led by terroir. In fact, Masters of Wine Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan founded the brand specifically after discovering some top-tier sites, first in the McLaren Vale, Barossa and Adelaide Hills – and now in Riverland. They specialise in hand-made, small-batch wines that let the landscape sing, with minimalist winemaking techniques and a strong respect for sustainability.
