About the producer
Josh Cellars is all about family: the legacy of founder Joseph Carr’s father, an army veteran, inspired the label. In fact their single-variety wines were designed to be enjoyed and shared with friends and family. Winemaker Wayne Donaldson has nearly four decades of experience under his belt, working for big names such as LVMH and E&J Gallo, so he knows how to craft every last drop.

About the region
With reliable sunshine and a dry climate, California has ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. Most people have heard of the Napa Valley region, where thanks to reputation and land prices top-name bottles can fetch hundreds of dollars each. However, as this wine makes clear, there’s much more to the state than that.
