I just had a VERY negative experience in your store. A friend and I went in to find a bottle each of wine for a dinner party, and we saw that there was a free tasting so we decided to partake. We each decided on the bottle we would buy, brought them to the counter, and then asked about the tasting. The man behind the counter got the glasses and then walked away without offering any information about any of the wines. We sampled four of the eight wines with about a quarter of a glass pour. I attempted to engage him in conversation about the wines in the store asking him which Sauvignon blanc he would recommend to which he replied “I don’t like Sauvignon blanc”. So I did not speak to him after that. After 20 minutes, the man told us that we were “taking advantage of the free tasting” saying it was “not stand about and get drunk on our wine for free time” and that he could “recommend a bar for us down the street” which I found extremely rude and ill-mannered. There was one other customer in the store the entire time we were there, and no one was waiting for a tasting behind us. I felt extremely uncomfortable with him pushing us out of the store. We did not purchase anything during our visit due to his rudeness and will not be coming back! I have had only lovely experiences until now, but he has lost you our business.

Having been quoted ridiculous prices for the wine for my wedding we came to Majestic to get our wine. We had a fabulous wine tasting and ordered all our wine after this. On the day the wine was delivered to the venue promptly. We also had to order wine coolers and ice at the last minute as we had forgotten! The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Last orders for a delivery before Christmas will be Sunday 19th of December. Order early to avoid any disappointment. Our store will be open until 5pm on Christmas eve for in store shopping
