If you receive an unsatisfactory bottle up to the value of £60, we will always replace, refund, or recommend another wine we think you’ll love – and there is no need to return the bottle to us. If you do not enjoy a bottle you ordered, simply get in touch with your local Majestic Wine store, let them know you did not enjoy this wine and our highly knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to replace the wine with something else we think you’ll love or refund the full amount to you.

Hire glasses when you purchase your beverages from us. Just pay £2 deposit per glass, then return them ready for use for a full refund. £1 handling fee per 12 glasses when hiring 25 or more glasses. See our terms and conditions.
To request glasses when you order online, simply place your order online, then contact your local store, quoting your order number.

Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.
