Yes, will buy it again, but why does “Shop Local” state that Inverness store “Not Available” ? . That is the store, not just the wine.

Tried to buy online for my brothers 50th. The website order went through but the order never came. Turns out it wasn't in stock. There was no indication of this on the site or order page. As I live abroad I couldn't access the call center number as it doesn't accept foreign calls. Email response took over a week. The Champagne is really nice but the ordering process and customer care experience has been atrocious. The initial response was that they tried to contact me, but checking emails and phone records this is untrue. Secondly they tried to tell me they had an issue billing my card, which is also not true as I used PayPal and the order is listed as pending, I.e. waiting for delivery. It goes on! Majestic, do something about your site and call center because as it stands the experience when something doesn't work is very off putting to say the least.
