What perks does my VIP card give me?

Your Wine Concierge VIP card is what makes Wine Concierge so different to all the other wine clubs - we want to make sure you make the most of our elite service and take advantage of the excellent perks that you get as a VIP Wine Concierge member. For starters you won’t want to miss paying mix 6 prices (our best price) even when buying less than 6 bottles in-store or online. All you need to do is show your Wine Concierge membership card. We’ll even open any wine up to £20 in value for you to taste when you pop in.

Please note: Mix 6 prices do not apply in Scottish stores due to Scottish licensing laws.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by visiting your account section https://www.majestic.co.uk/services/wine-concierge or by calling our customer support centre on 0345 605 6767. And if you change your mind, we’ll welcome you back with open arms.

When will I get my case?

We send the membership cases every 3 months. We’ll send you an email near the time of the send, and you’ll be able to view the wines in your case from your exclusive online concierge area

Will I get tasting notes?

Tasting notes are printed and in your case ready for when they arrive

How do I change my wines?

You are able to change your membership in your handy account section. Simply login and make the change, and your next case will be updated. If you don’t want the wines that month, you can swap to a different case, skip your case - or attend a ‘Pick Up Party’ and you can swap the wines you don’t like in store.

What if I don’t want my case that month?

Concierge customers are given the flexibility to skip their monthly case, or postpone their case and receive it the next month

Can I swap my wines?

Yes - Attend a ‘Pick up Party’ and collect your case from your local store where you’ll be able to try the wines and swap any you don’t like. You’re also able to bring any bottle back under our ‘No quibble guarantee’, no questions asked!

What is a Pick Up Party

The ‘Pick Up Party’ is what sets Majestic’s ‘Wine Concierge’ service apart from all the rest. Opting to have your wines sent to your local store, means you can taste all the wines in your case, and swap out any that you don’t like before taking your wines home. No other wine company can offer this service.

How do I make changes to my membership?

Simply log into your online account, where you’ll be able to change your membership plan, update your card or your delivery details, or opt for click and collect
