PINOT GRIS

Pinot Gris, or Pinot Grigio, depending on where you are in the world, is an incredibly fashionable grape that can be found in Italy (of course), but is also the grape from France's Alsace region, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. It can produce powerful, yet soft wines, to characterful dry whites that are incredibly easy-drinking.
