That’s why, at Majestic, we’ve developed a selection of own-brand wine ranges. Created in partnership with top vineyards around the world, they bring you standout flavour and quality at exceptional value.

Each of our exclusive ranges is handpicked by our award-winning buying team. With their deep expertise and long-standing relationships with some of the world’s best producers, they know how to source the most popular grapes and styles as well as find hidden gems. From the ever-popular Definition by Majestic to exciting newcomers like La Marée, here are some of our Majestic favourites to discover.

Majestic

Definition by Majestic

The Definition by Majestic range brings the world's greatest wine styles to Majestic customers – think Burgundy, Bordeaux, Chianti and more. Our award-winning buyers know all the classic regions and their grapes inside out, and have tasted hundreds of expressions. But, for most of us, the world of wine can be confusing. With the Definition by Majestic range, you can explore the wine world’s greats without having to decode a wine label.

First launched in 2015, Majestic’s own-label Definition by Majestic collection offers new discoveries, whether you’re a seasonal sipper or a wine novice. Excellent value for money and wines that are easy to understand.

Definition by Majestic Albariño

This wine is made in collaboration with one of the finest producers Rías Baixas, Martín Códax. This textbook Albariño is typical of its coastal location. Expect apricot and citrus notes, balanced by a distinctive sea-spray minerality and light salinity. A fantastic pairing for seafood.

Definition by Majestic Pauillac

Our Definition Pauillac is produced in partnership with Ulysse Cazabonne, one of Bordeaux’s most respected wine merchants with close links to many top Châteaux. Expect intense flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate, liquorice and toasty notes.

Chosen By Majestic

We sent our award-winning buying team all around the world on an exciting new mission: to curate a new collection showcasing the best examples of key regions and core grape varieties – at great prices. This exclusive range showcases key wine regions and grape varieties, such as Prosecco, Merlot, Primitivo, and Rioja – and they’re all under £11.

Chosen by Majestic Picpoul de Pinet

Fresh and zingy, it’s crisp and dry with zesty lemon and green apple notes, plus a touch of saline minerality. Try it with shellfish or enjoy it on its own as a refreshing apéritif.

Chosen by Majestic Primitivo, Puglia

This young, vibrant wine has enticing notes of cherry and stewed fruits. A wonderful pairing for roast lamb and herby salads.

Toast & Honey

Toast & Honey is our big, bold, and characterful range of wines. Made in partnership with fourth-generation winemakers from Lodi, California, they’re balanced, ripe, and are bursting with delicious flavour. Toast & Honey features popular grape varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.

Nature is at the heart of Toast & Honey, and employing sustainable practices and promoting biodiversity in vineyards is a key tenet across all the wines in the range.

Toast & Honey Cabernet Sauvignon, California

Expect notes of blackberry, black cherry, vanilla spice and chocolate. This wine’s smooth tannins make it a great pairing with rich red meats.

Toast & Honey Chardonnay, California

Discover delicious toasted vanilla notes and honeyed flavours of stone fruits, baked apple and crème brûlée. Its rich texture makes it an ideal pairing for creamy chicken dishes or brie.

Toast & Honey Viognier, Lodi

Lively and refreshing, expect flavours of ripe peach and apricot, zesty lemon, honeysuckle, and a creamy vanilla finish. Delicious when paired with roast chicken.

La Marée

Move over Chicken Wine, it’s time to reach for The Octopus. La Marée is our newest addition to the Majestic exclusives, and it’s growing fast. Our wine buyers developed the collection in collaboration with LGI Wines, nestled in the rolling hills between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Drawing from the Languedoc’s richly diverse and dynamic terroirs, the cooperative unites nearly 1,000 passionate wine-growers cultivating over 6,000 hectares of vineyards. Focusing on lesser-known, native grapes, such as Colombard and Ugni Blanc, we’ve been able to bring wines that are full of flavour while providing excellent value for money.

La Marée Bleue, France

This is an aromatic, unoaked white blend made from Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Viognier, and Vermentino. It's vibrant and fresh with notes of lemon, white peach, and wild herbs.

La Marée Verte Organic, Vin de France

La Marée Verte is part of a range of certified organic wines produced by Celliers Jean d’Alibert. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, and Chardonnay, it’s fresh and aromatic with notes of citrus blossom, green apple, and white peach, with a touch of wild herbs.

The Oath

The Oath is an exclusive range of premium Australian wines, created in partnership with Barossa’s iconic Château Tanunda. The estate has more than 130 years of winemaking tradition and is known for blending traditional techniques with modern innovation and minimal intervention. Each bottle allows the unique character of each vineyard to shine through, from rich and spicy Shiraz to elegant and complex Chardonnay.

The Oath Chardonnay, Barossa Valley, Australia

This is no ordinary Chardonnay. Delve into honeyed layers of peach and melon, balanced by fresh citrus. A touch of oak spice adds extra complexity and it is especially wonderful when paired with roast chicken or creamy pasta dishes.

The Oath Red Blend, South Australia

This Red Blend is a unique wine from South Australia's most prized growing regions, Langhorne and Barossa. Velvety, supple, and delicious, enjoy its flavours of dark fruits and sweet spice. Perfect on its own or with hearty casseroles.
