50ml Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac
125ml FeverTree Tonic
Garnish: lemon wedge
Method:
Add all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.

60ml Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac
8 mint sprigs
15ml sugar syrup
Crushed ice
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, shake until frosted, then pour the cocktail into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Rémy One Collins Ingredients:
45ml Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac
10ml orgeat syrup
10ml verjus or grape juice
Ginger beer
Method:
Add the cognac, syrup and verjus in a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir with a spoon. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and a few black peppercorns.
Rémy French Negroni Ingredients:
40ml Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac
20ml Campari
20ml red vermouth
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently to chill. Pour into a drinking glass, then garnish with an orange twist.
