This refreshing 0.5% ABV red comes from the stunning farmlands of the Western Cape. The cool and temperate West Coast climate lends itself to a variety of different micro-climates which, along with the different soil types, lead to unique grapes which we guide into even more unique wines. Grapes are harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the region, where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current.

Majestic offers free chiller bin* loan for customers purchasing wine from us.

Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.

After trying the non acoholic Guv'nor this was like nectar from the gods. A pleasant enough drink but overpriced at £9. Not sure of buying again.

I had high hopes for this having read the reviews but was left disappointed.

Whilst it’s initially pleasant, it soon became apparent that it’s similar in taste to the £3.80 bottles of Eisberg that the Co-op sell.

So I’ll stick to the £3.80 Co-op bottles as at £9 a bottle this is way overpriced.

Still waiting for a wine producer to make a non or low alcohol wine that tastes great with food.

Having recently discovered the Moderato Red which is a fabulous alcohol free red wine I was in a quandary when my local Majestic had sold out (admittedly I was the one who created that problem!). I decided to go with another customers recommendation and try the Noughty Shiraz and am pleased to report that I’ve found another alcohol free wine that has a lovely fruity taste and is a perfect alternative to normal red wines. Would highly recommend the Noughty Shiraz, unlikely there will be much of it left in my local Majestic by lunchtime tomorrow as the wine rack has some empty slots.

Absolutely revolting. I by no means expect non/low alcohol products to possess the flavour profiles of their full alcohol counterparts, but this was such a disgusting attempt that I felt compelled to write. And to think that it cost me some £10. Surely anyone with the relevant taste buds required of a biologically correct human being wouldn't be able to take more than a sip. And before the taste is a punch in the nostrils akin to the week-old contents of a food waste bin, combining fish, egg, and plant waste.

Close your eyes and this is a super high end Syrah. Would substitute this any day. If any lleftovers -fabulous in meaty or veggie slow baked. A real winner

Elegant non-alcoholic red that is reminiscent of my favourite red wines. Definitely recommend and will stock up... Can't believe there's no alcohol. A winner.
