In 1820, in the small Sicilian town of Giarre, generations of the Casella Family worked passionately growing grapes. Decades later, Filippo Casella migrated to Australia with the hope of continuing their family’s wine tradition. Searching for the best grapes for his wine, he selected specific parcels of fruit from a variety of regions in South Australia. His aim? To showcase the best of Australian Shiraz. Expect concentrated notes of ripe blackcurrant and cherry, with black pepper and chocolate. It’s ideal with grilled meats, fresh off the barbecue.

Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.

I think this is what the Australians do best this is a delicious and fruity Shiraz full of flavour you will not be disappointed

A very good, nicely rounded palate with plums and black fruits with a peppery after taste Shiraz. Well worth decanting and leaving for an hour or so to get the best out of it. Well worth a try.

Dark fruit and mocha nose leading to a palate brimmed full of blackcurrant and cacao with a lick of pepper. Very good value at the special offer price of £8.99 and even better on the second night.

Not a bad little wine for the price although the description on the label is somewhat optimistic. It does have a peppery finish but lacks depth. It's also a bit tarte so not a choice for anyone who prefers a bit of sweetness. Quite drinkable though.

Full of red fruit with a hint of pepper and the smoothness you expect from a Barossa shiraz. Great wine to pair with a steak or chilli and goes just as well with cheese. This wine is good value at this price, I've just ordered another 6!
