In Richard's short time with Majestic, he has gone from your everyday wine fan to a connoisseur of all things big and rich. You'll find him (unless he finds you first ) around the big Aussie Shiraz's. Richard is also our very friendly and accommodating driver, so I'm sure one day you'll see him at your door too.

I have worked in Wine Retail for around 20 years and in that time have amassed a strong understanding and passion for the subject. My daughter and I visited the Worthing store on 26th Nov.
Thomas was absolutely superb.
We popped in for a bottle, learnt lots from his advice, suggestions and recommendations.
We spent £105, which tells you good his relaxed, gentle approach, and relevant recommendations proved.
We will certainly revisit the store as a result of the excellent service we received.

I would just like to say a big thank you to John at the Worthing Store, returned the glasses with thanks we used for our charity event. We raised £900 for MS.

I had the most wonderful wonderful shopping experience recently. It was a Thursday late afternoon…about 6pm. The shop assistant (chap from Loire. France) was amazing. He helped me choose some incredible wines. The whole retail experience was glorious! He gave me so much time and educated me too. The wines he helped me choose were outstanding.
I was so impressed with his customer care. He even carried my wines to the car.
Really…really, really good service.
