I had an issue with an order being incorrectly delivered. These things happen; I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency at how it was dealt with. Thank you the Preston store!!

I have no hesitation in recommending them for customer service and a quality product.

Always a walm welcome and great service. Have been recommended some amazing selections and they never break the bank. Couldn't recommend enough. If you not sure what to try next or just getting into wine this is the place.

Not great service, was offered no help wasn’t asked if I needed any help which I find very poor , I was the only person in the store and felt ignored

I attended the first wine tasting evening and I’ll definitely be back for another. Peter’s enthusiasm and knowledge made it a very enjoyable evening! Very good value for money and the opportunity to try something new! A great way to learn a little bit about wine! Friendly store, lovely people!

Having visited the new store since late October 2022 and since then every week, I can confidently say that I would not go back to supermarket wine shopping. The staff are so knowledgeable and very friendly especially Peter and have produced some amazing white wines for me and my partner at fantastic prices. We call in on a Monday morning to let them know we require 6 bottles and leave it to them to chose whilst we shop at Waitrose next door. The product notes for each wine is a valuable insight into the region it’s produced and a description of the flavours. Well done to all the staff concerned at this branch.

Great to find this new branch has opened. Excellent selections at all prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and lots of free parking right outside.
