Was going to order six of a wine that you sent me an email about. I am a member of you wine club and have always enjoyed fee delivery because of it. Now I find that unless my order is over £99 I will not get free delivery. So I will not order the six wines I was going to. I will order from one of the many other companies that offer free delivery.

Hi, have previously purchased various Viogner's from Majestic.
Recently received 6 bottles of French (chosen by Majestic).
Didn't enjoy the first bottle and the second one was no better.
Dinner guests confirmed it was not great.
Can I exchange the remaining 4 bottles please?

Hi Guys
Your last order was close to perfect but for one exception and that is very unlike NZ in fact I'm a little biased towards NZ wines as we lived there for 5 years but the 'parcel series' 67/2022 Pinot Noir was pretty disappointing a kind of neutral blandness tasting..a little strange.
Just thought I'd give you a little feedback.

I ordered a case of German wheat bear, 12 bottles in a case, and requested that if I was not around to answer the bell, that it be be left in the garage, which will be left unlocked. I did not want it left with sacrosanct dry heads who live next door, and sneer when such deliveries are made and diverted to them
Great my verbal chat with agent produced the correct results. Will be back agin soon .. Hic

We’re closing at 2pm on Sunday 14th August, so make sure you’re well stocked up before then!
