    Dear Manager - Muswell Hill Branch

    Collage Art the owners of Karamel N22 6UJ have customers of the Muswell Hill branch for a long time.

    Yesterday we placed an order (see attached refund and correct receipts) and a mistake was made on your part and rectified. However, two payments were taken, rather then the difference paid back to us and now I am told our refund want be in our account for 7 day?

    If this is correct then it is totally not right and could we have our refund back today. Please.

    I was expecting a delivery today, 27th October, between 10 and 2pm.
    So far, no delivery. I was recently widowed and am on my own with a dog which requires walking at certain times and I have waiting in all morning but must go out soon. Why promise this window for delivery when you can’t keep it?
