Made by head winemaker Debbie Thompson, this wine comes from Origin Wines in Stellenbosch. It blends parcels of fruit from a range of sites in Elgin, Darling and Stellenbosch resulting in a top quality Western Cape wine.
Wahle Cove is a balanced and refreshing wine with crisp flavours of citrus, apple, and herbs. It is a perfect match for seasonal salads and pan-friend salmon!
