I have to say that the staff at the West Dulwich store are always friendly and helpful. It does get busy from time to time but generally the service is prompt and well handled.

Been to the majestic west Dulwitch today and such a disappointment with contorted service. Lady who served us was not particularly friendly that was no a problem first but then she told me my 15% voucher wasn’t eligible explaining we need to spend just for wines/sparking. Beers and nibbles don’t count. so we decided to add wines and Prosecco on top of our £100 shopping. After we paid she realised that she missed to scan one of our bottle and she blamed us for putting on the table far from her, she asked us if we still want it but we said no - tbh her unkind manner really put us off. In the end I wanted to check discount was applied ok, even we got one bottle less but how she reacted was rather than she’s listening and replying my question point I wanted to know, she repeated the same her explanation and looked very annoyed.
I brought my husband because I always feel good customer service there. especially Italian guy was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

It’s really sad that we had this experience and my husband is telling me that doesn’t want to shop there anymore..

Thank you! Great service very friendly helpful staff even the dog gets a welcome. Unknown to me I'd left my gloves behind the chap who'd served me clearly checked my order & called me. Salvo was really helpful and thoughtful when I'd mentioned I'd forgotten to add something to the order the day before he checked &:applied the six mix price. Thank you that's how customers should be treated.

Hi I thought I had ordered six bottles of Bordeaux on a pix six but the app - which I don’t think is very good - now tells me I have ordered three at full price. Please can I come into the shop to revise and complete this order?

Your range of wines is excellent and the delivery service you offer is very good, but I do wish I could understand how to order wine and beer on your website. For an octogenarian it is incomprehensible: I had to resort to searching for a telephone number, and was left frustrated and wishing I had stuck with the Wine Society.
