Hello I'm Tom, I've been the delivery driver in Darlington since 2017. I've recently taken up a few more responsibilities in store and I am rapidly developing my knowledge of wine. So I'd be happy to find you the perfect wine.. Which if you ask me is a nice fruity red in front of the telly!

Having been a customer at Majestic for a number of years I am delighted to be on the other side of the counter! I have recently gained my WSET qualification and my favourite wines include Gavi, Riesling, Pinot Noir and a glass of fizz!

Having been a chef for over 20 years I am on hand to help pair the perfect wine to your food- I mainly drink red at home, juicy and jammy Zinfandels from California and Apassimento reds from Italy are perfect every time.

We still have delivery slots available for you to stock up on all of your favourite wines, beers, spirits and festive treats. We will be delivering to the following areas during Christmas week:
Monday 19th December - DL2 (west of Darlington), DL4, DL5, DL12-17, DH1, DH6, DH7
Tuesday 20th December - DL2 (East of Darlington), TS18-29, SR8
Wednesday 21st December - TS1-8, TS10-17, YO21, YO22
Thursday 22nd December - DL2 (west of Darlington), DL4, DL5, DL12-17, DH1, DH6, DH7
Friday 23rd December - DL2 (East of Darlington), TS1-8, TS10-17, DL9-11
Saturday 24th December - DL2 (Esat of Darlington), TS18-29, SR8
We also have limited local delivery slots available to DL1 and DL3 each day.

We will be closed for the Bank Holiday

All our stores will not be opening this Monday for the Bank Holiday, and to allow our colleagues to pay their respects.

We will also not be delivering on this day.

You can still shop or place a collection order until 5pm on Sunday. We will be back open, as usual, on Tuesday 20th September.

Join us for our latest tasting takeover – this time, the theme is Old World V New World.

You can taste a wide variety of Old World Wines and contrast them with New World styles for free, and there's no need to book.

Pop in and see us at:

5pm on Saturday 16th September

If you discover something you love, you can Save at least 25% on selected Old World favourites until 19th September.

This weekend, this store will be closing on Sunday, and reopening again on Monday at 10am. This is for an annual Majestic colleague event – to give our teams a well deserved break and celebration.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can still place orders for collection via our Shop Local function on the Majestic website. Alternatively we will process and prepare all orders as soon as possible upon our reopening on Monday.

Good Friday 10-8
Easter Saturday 9-7
Easter Sunday - Closed
Easter Monday 10 - 5
Tuesday 18th - open as usual

Our local and regional delivery schedule will remain the same next week for all your seasonal treats and gifts. We will be doing the rounds in north Stockton, Billingham, Wynyard and Hartlepool on Tuesday 21st , Wednesday the 22nd we will be out and about in Richmond, south Stockton, Middlesborough, Redcar, Guisborough and Saltburn.
For Thursday we will be heading over to see you all in Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle, Durham and Newton Aycliffe.
For all of our local customers we have delivery slots available, but please don't forget about the wonderful Shop Local service!
We can have your orders ready for collection from the store within 4 hours!!
So come on down and try what's on offer to taste in store. We look forward to seeing you.

We will be closing earlier than usual, at 5pm today (for Welsh stores)/ 6.30pm on Friday (for Scottish and English stores), to allow all our hardworking colleagues to enjoy the football. Please stock up early to avoid disappointment.

We’re open as usual with strictly limited customer numbers in place to ensure everyone’s safety. Please check the traffic light system at the front door, and wait until the light is green and it is safe to enter.

You can place orders as normal by email or by phone, for collection or home delivery.

When emailing us your order, please include:
• Your name, address and contact number.
• The wines, beers and spirits (with quantities) you'd like to order.
• Please put COLLECTION or DELIVERY in the subject line.
• Please do not email your card details, we will call you to arrange payment and confirm your order. Deliveries are not guaranteed until confirmed by the store team.
