I received an offer from you by email today at 11.02. and IMMEDIATELY went onto your website to order a dozen bottles of Rioja.
It was not available there, nor was it available at any of your other locations anywhere in my region.
Please do not send me special offers that are merely a "come-on", as I believe Majestic should be above such tricks and, far from being an incentive to purchase, do in fact have the opposite effect.

I've recently visited the Canterbury shop a few times in the last couple of months. I've been served mostly by Kieth, and once by a young chap who's name escapes me. The knowledge of both have guided me to some amazing choices, both myself and my partner have been amazed at how well their choices have matched my food. Glad to have discovered the shop, nothing is too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with.

I bought several cases of wine today for my wife's 50th birthday and the gentleman serving me could not have been more friendly and helpful. The wines were, I feel, good value too. 10 out of 10 from me.

I would be like to give very positive review for all the staff in the Canterbury store they are all very knowledgeable and helpful nothing is too much trouble
However a serious message to the organisation and wider management I was very sorry to learn that over the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday the staff were expected to work throughout the bank holiday ‘reduced hours’ were nothing of the sort and its sadly revealing about how Majestic cares and values it’s staff
I am a regular and good customer but as a result of this shall be reviewing my loyalty and support.
I look forward to a response and explanation

I am trying to place an order online (I am in Denmark and want to sent me uncle some Wine as he turns 80 sunday the 6th of february) but I am unsure if you do local delivery on sundays?
If not, what about saturday?

My uncle lives in Broxwood, Howfield Lane, Chartham.

We are *CLOSED* on Sunday the 1st of August as a thank you to our staff for their hard work throughout the last 16 months. We'll be open as usual from 10am on Monday the 2nd of August. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

We’re open as usual with strictly limited customer numbers in place to ensure everyone’s safety. Please check the traffic light system at the front door, and wait until the light is green and it is safe to enter.

You can place orders as normal by email or by phone, for collection or home delivery.

When emailing us your order, please include:
• Your name, address and contact number.
• The wines, beers and spirits (with quantities) you'd like to order.
• Please put COLLECTION or DELIVERY in the subject line.
• Please do not email your card details, we will call you to arrange payment and confirm your order. Deliveries are not guaranteed until confirmed by the store team.

My partner and I visited this store, today, after finalising a purchase on a property in the city. The store is modern, fresh, and friendly. I was served by Liam, the Manager, who was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to many more visits to this store, once I move to the city and post-covid when shopping at majestic returns to 'normality'.
