Peyrassol 'Les Templiers' Blanc Organic, Côtes de Provence

This blend of Rolle and Ugni is fresh, zesty and perfect for summer. Château Peyrassol’s vineyard history stretches back to 1204 and the Knights Templar, so we knew they’d be a great fit when we were searching for a wine that truly reflects the region. Their organic vineyards are nestled in 850 hectares of unspoiled nature and forest at the foothills of the Massif des Maures, making the most of the region’s clay-limestone soils. Light and citrusy, this wine is ideal as an aperitif – or pair it with smoked salmon and fromage frais.

Minuty 'M de Minuty' Blanc, Côtes de Provence

This is a crisp and aromatic white from the renowned Château Minuty, founded in 1936. Their stylish and fresh approach provides the gold standard of Provence. The Perrins’ dedication to organic viticulture and traditional winemaking techniques is reflected in the flavours of their wines, a true expression of Provence's terroir. This is a textbook, Blanc.
