Joe Bartlett was born and bred in south Devon, a region rich in the finest produce from both land and sea. After many years at Ashburton cookery school, he relocated to work at two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons with legendary chefs, Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones. Today, he runs supper clubs with an emphasis on sustainability and foraged produce.
