You've lost an order from me because there is nowhere on your website to change delivery from Exeter Majestic (our previous nearest supplier) to Plymouth? The website is a mess!

My latest wine order was delivered recently without an invoice which i have always had previously. I rang on Monday to request an invoice but have not received a reply.

I try to put an order in and it comes up with Totnes . But I can’t complete the order as I am no longer in catchment area . So ….. can’t buy unless I collect from Totnes . Bonkers

Like so many others, I can no longer receive a delivery from Totnes, a store which has been brilliant in its service. I want my Christmas wine delivery and I now discover it's no longer possible. Surely a transfer of accounts from one store to another is not beyond the realms of technology.

This is crazy, I've been ordering from Totnes for years now, suddenly there is a new store in Plymouth and I can get a delivery from Totnes because thats now further away. I don't care where my wine comes from but surely this change can be better handled in terms of moving ALL customer accounts from Totnes to Plymouth who now should get deliveries from Plymouth!!! This is IT, it's not hard. Happy to help resolve this problem, I've worked in IT for 35+ years, now retired. Thanks

Ridiculous if I make an order, it comes from Exeter nearly 50 miles away. I am now just 5 miles from the new store in Plymouth. Why can't I get a delivery from Plymouth ?
