When in store on Saturday, Chris served me, not only did he help order an item that wasn’t in stock, he also recommended more wine that was enjoyed by myself and friends, he also introduced us to several other options.
Very knowledgeable, an enjoyable experience, thanks to his humour and knowledge. I entered the shop intending to purchase 1 bottle of wine and left having ordered 7 that were delivered today AND an additional 2 that I left the store with.
The friend who was with me lives in Maidehead and will now become a customer there in the hope their staff are as friendly and helpful as Chris!
