POMEROL WINES
Pomerol contains many small estates producing supple, approachable wines primarily from Merlot. Pomerol's wines are as esteemed as the grand Left Bank châteaux.
You can expect a plush wine with bright notes of redcurrant and raspberry, silky tannins and a long finish. It’s drinking brilliantly now so enjoy it with herb-crusted rack of lamb.
Expect elegant notes of plum, crème de cassis and cedar and a refined minerality. It'll pair well with lamb and a red wine sauce. Drink now or age until 2040.
