Do you deliver?
Deliveries are conducted from our stores, in our own vans, by our own people. You are only ever dealing with Majestic staff. Options of next-day delivery, same-day collection and bespoke delivery solutions

A dedicated area sales manager will be available to help you with regular review meetings to ensure your wine list is working for you. Your own dedicated wine expert.
Can you train our team in wine?
We pride ourselves on our friendly, qualified experts. With over 1200 WSET trained colleagues offering knowledgeable service across all channels, we offer a training programme for your staff to provide them with the confidence to recommend wine to your customers. We also offer WSET training for key members of your team.
Do you have wines that are not sold in your shops?
We have over 180 wines exclusively available to our on-trade customers.
Is it just wine you sell?
Although specialists in wine, we also sell beer, spirits, soft drinks and water.

Can you help me design a wine list?
As experts in wine and hospitality we can design a wine list that delivers profitability whilst enhancing the experience of your customer. We use trends compiled from our vast database to ensure your list is on-trend.
Can you promote us?
We have the unique ability to speak directly to our retail customers. These are regular shoppers with a thirst to discover more wine. This means we know what they like, and we can tell them where to find it. Store level interactions will help to promote you –turning our customers into your customers. Nobody else can do that.

Do you have New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc?
At Majestic Commercial, we still believe this is a key wine to list. We have plenty of on-trade exclusive New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs.

With a significant amount of the UK Chamagne market, we have great availability of key Champagnes at competitve prices.

I have lost my portal login information, what do I do?
Email us at commercialsupport@majestic.co.uk and we will provide you with your unique login customer code.
Can I make a partial payment on an invoice on the portal?
Yes, you can choose to pay part or all of any invoice – however, if you're paying multiple invoices at the same time then they must all be paid in full.
I am unable to pay an invoice on the portal, what do I do?
Email us at commercialsupport@majestic.co.uk and we will investigate. You can also pay off invoices via your local store or commercial support helpline on 0207 697 8000.
Will my bespoke list of products be shown on the portal?
Yes, products on your bespoke list will be saved and displayed on the 'My Products' page.
I can't find a wine I'd like to order on the portal, what do I do?
You'll have access to the full range of products stocked by your local store, including your bespoke products. Visit www.majestic.co.uk or contact your local store and/or account manager if you wish to enquire about any other products.
How do I amend a delivery date for my order on the portal?
Orders placed on the portal will be scheduled for dispatch on your next regular delivery slot. Please contact your local store if you wish to amend the delivery date.
How long do products stay in my basket on the portal?
Products are saved for up to 24 hours before the basket resets. If you log out, your basket will not be saved unless an order has been placed.
