Eisberg Alcohol Free Wine
Schloss Wachenheim is headquartered in Germany’s oldest city, Trier, sitting on the edge of the Mosel river. It’s been a staple of alcohol free wine in the UK since the 1980s and they have refined these wines with decades of experience. Choice grape varieties from select terroirs are used and the alcohol removed, using a cutting-edge vacuum distillation system, which is largely able to maintain the complex characteristics of the wines.
Discover their deliciously expressive Pinot Grigio, which pairs perfectly with lighter dishes or nibbles, or lovely as an aperitif. If you prefer red, their Pinot Noir is elegant and juicy, with all of the flavour you’d expect from its alcoholic counterpart– great with rich pasta or chicken.

Moderato Revolutionary Cuvée
This brand started in Gascony, a beautiful region rich in history, innovation and respect for traditional know-how. Their goal is to create alcohol free options for wine lovers using only top quality French grapes, dealcoholized with a unique method that preserves the complexity of each product. Their Cuvée Colombard promises dominant exotic and white fruit notes like pear and peach with hints of citrus zest, whereas the Merlot Tannat has expressive black fruit notes complemented by velvety tannins, with a beautiful smooth finish.
REAL Dry Dragon Sparkling Tea
For something a little different, why not try their Dragon Sparkling tea, also known as Dragonwell. This is the highest quality pan-roasted green tea from Hangzhou, Zheijiang province in China. It originates from just eighteen tea bushes that were given special imperial status by the Qianlong Emperor during the Qing dynasty, which are still being picked today.
Everleaf Mountain and Botivo
Alternatively they also provide non-alcoholic spirit options. Everleaf Mountain is a non-alcoholic aperitif which is made up of an aromatic blend of sustainably sourced botanical distillates and extracts carefully chosen to capture mountain flavours. Climb through the floral clouds of savoury Japanese cherry blossom and sweet mountain strawberry, until you reach a bittersweet rosehip at the peak. Botivo also doesn’t disappoint, it’s made on Lannock Farm by co-founder and maker, Sam. The liquid takes over a year to make and is a combination of five powerful botanicals: rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood leaf and orange zest, infused on a backdrop of aged British apple cider vinegar balanced with organic wildflower honey
