VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE

Vintage Champagne is aged ‘on the lees’ (with yeast floating around in the bottle) for at least 3 years before release, meaning it’s more toasty and rich than non-vintage. It tends to be made only in the very best years (or vintages), which is why it normally costs more. Here’s a selection of our favourite Vintage Champagne.
