Hi, as a long standing customer who’s always had excellent service, I was disappointed at checkout to find the Chateaux Serilhan, st Estephe was in fact £22 not the £14.99 as clearly advertised on the shelf , and I clarified this with a member of staff .Thinking this was a Christmas discount I put 4 in my basket and two others . Obviously I thought fell short of your normal standards

A quick thank you to Martin for delivering my wine today, sorry I missed you however my wine tasting training daughter clearly helped carry the boxes in.

Thank you too for hosting the excellent wine tasting evenings with a combination of both knowledge and humour we look forward to more next year .
