If you receive an unsatisfactory bottle, we will always replace, refund, or recommend another wine we think you’ll love – and there is no need to return the bottle to us. If you do not enjoy a bottle you ordered, simply get in touch with your local Majestic Wine store, let them know you did not enjoy this wine and our highly knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to replace the wine with something else we think you’ll love or refund the full amount to you.
Our glass hire service includes wine glasses, flutes and hi-ball tumblers.*
All we ask for is a £1-per-glass deposit, payable in advance when adding glasses to your order. When the glasses are returned to us clean and ready for re-use, the deposit is fully refunded– all you pay for is breakages. And since you have paid a deposit, there's no time limit in which you have to return them. To request glasses when you order online, simply place your order online, then contact your local store, quoting your order number.
Majestic offers free chiller bin* loan for customers purchasing wine from us.
Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade. We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.
