
It's always a headache knowing how much drink to provide. And although we're happy to offer advice, it's always better to get too much than too little, so to help put your mind at ease we can offer sale-or-return on all large orders.
All we ask is that that you arrange sale-or-return in advance when you placing your order, and that everything comes back in saleable condition - no labels peeled off by chilling, beer still in full cases, that sort of thing.
As our delivery service is free we cannot offer to collect any leftovers, so you are responsible for returning them to your local store. Enquiries about sale-or return for very large orders should be made to your local store.
Arranging sale-or-return with online orders
When you reach the Checkout page, you will have the option to indicate that you would like to make use of sale-or-return. Your local store will contact you to arrange the specific details at the same time as arranging delivery.
Ordering directly from your local store
If you prefer, you can arrange everything directly with your local store, either by telephone or visiting the store. You can use the Store Locator to find their details.
