My passions in life are; Theatre, Chinese culture and Wine. I can vividly remember the very first time I drank 'Faustino I' vintage 94 many years ago, that was the day (and the bottle) that opened my eyes to the wonderful world of wine.

Running, travelling and family are my main focus in life. Having just completed my WSET diploma, I now have plenty more time to enjoy lots of red Bordeaux (aged Pauillac), and white Burgundy (St. Aubin). I am a member of CAMRA , Adnams is my ale of choice!

Popped in an hour ago, and I am impressed.
I had never been to a Majestic before, but really enjoyed my shopping, and meeting Craig the new assistant manager. He clearly loves his job, and wine, is a great storyteller, and he sold me nearly £200 of wine and glasses.
Will come back soon.

Re: order 38092019 which I have just collected. It’s a bit of a cheek to substitute a wine with another bottle which is £1 cheaper and not refund the difference!

COTSWOLDS CREAM LIQUEUR

This guiltiest pleasure beats anything similar you’ve tried before.

Cotswolds Cream Liqueur is made by mixing the Cotswolds single malt spirit (unaged whisky) with fresh Irish cream, creating a wonderfully rich cream liqueur.

Surprisingly light and silky, the cream carries delicious vanilla and butterscotch notes, and a lovely hint of maltiness.

Chill it in the freezer just before serving, this is perfect as it comes. Or, if you're feeling particularly indulgent, try pouring it over ice cream...

TAYLOR’S
Late Bottled Vintage Port

Late Bottled Vintage, or LBV, is the most popular premium Port style in England, representing one in five purchases of Port in the UK.
Vintage Port and LBV both present a selection of very fine full bodied red ports from a single year. The difference between the two styles lies in the way each is matured. Vintage Port is kept in wood for only twenty months or so before being bottled, where it will continue to age. LBV, as the name suggests, is bottled later, remaining in wood between four and six years. During this relatively long period of wood ageing, an LBV matures and settles down -  it is ready to drink when bottled, does not need to be decanted and can be served by the glass for several weeks after the cork is drawn.

LBV port pairs best with goat cheese, almonds, blue cheese, brownies and nuts

Single bottle:  £13.99
Mix 6:  £9.99

GLENFARCLAS
15 Years Old

Rich and sherried 15yo single malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. As always, Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market – a must for lovers of sherried whisky.

NOSE - Complex and full, sherried, light butterscotch aromas, sweet vanilla fudge and dark fruit – raisins and plums.

PALATE - Rich and full bodied with perfect balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours.

FINISH - Long lasting, gloriously sherried, sweet, gently smoky, and distinguished.

To help transport you to beautiful, white sandy beaches with the tranquility of the shoreline, Majestic are introducing Whale Cove Sauvignon Blanc to our range.

Worried it won’t match your favourites from New Zealand??
Fear Not! It’s been created to perfectly mirror the big names from Marlborough!

Made by head winemaker Debbie Thompson, who has over 20 years experience, this wine comes from Origin Wines in Stellenbosch.  It’s a blend of parcels of fruit from a range of sites in Elgin, Darling and Stellenbosch resulting in a top quality Western Cape wine.

Whale Cove is a balanced and refreshing wine with crisp flavours of citrus, apple and herbs.
It is a perfect match for seasonal salads and pan-fried salmon!

And at only £7.99, it’s an absolute bargain! It’s also vegan-friendly!!

But don’t just take our word for it - It’s open on our tasting counter this weekend so pop down and give it a try!

Our Parcel Series brings wines from the world's most-celebrated makers to the Majestic customer. The only catch? We can't tell you who makes it. But without the big name, there's no big price tag. What we can tell you about this Sauvignon is that it was oak-aged for a luxurious 11 months by its maker. So you can be sure that whoever made this wine, no compromises were made on quality. The result is an elegant medley of nectarine and flowers, with a subtle smoky complexity from the oak. We can't think of a better pairing for grilled white fish.

Come taste it in store today!
