Vineyards from various microclimates throughout the Napa Valley come together in this wine to express a true representation of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon for the vintage. This winery selects their fruit from top vineyards grown at multiple elevations to showcase the diversity of terroir within the Napa Valley. Their Cabernet Sauvignon includes fruit from Napa Valley, Oakville,CN, Atlas Peak, Stags Leap and select valley floor sites. It is aged on French and American oak, both barrel and staves and only the best barrels are selected to make the final blend. Expect an exquisite fruit-forward red, packed with plums, notes of vanilla, spices and luxurious tannins. Delicious when paired with grilled chicken or steak.
