Fabrice and Vincent Grebet have 20 hectares of vines between them. Winemaking in Pouilly-Fumé has certain soils to thank for its success. That's why they deliberately pick their grapes from three distinctly different areas with chalk, clay and flint soils. According to the brothers, this variety is how they achieve their best results. Pouilly-Fumé must be made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Interestingly, this one is aged on its lees. This practice brings a subtle richness to the wine. Beautiful with goat’s cheese or pan-fried scallops topped with crème fraîche.

Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.
