So it’s safe to say that they know a thing or two about creating quality drinks. This unique double-casked single malt is a must-try bottle for any whisky lover. The Rampur Distillery sits at the foothills of the Himalayas. And it’s more than just an impressive view – the Himalayan groundwater can be used during the distillation to add unique character to the whisky. Here in the foothills, the extreme conditions of cold winters and hot summers mean the whisky casks breathe more than lower altitudes, leading to accelerated ageing and rapidly developing flavours. Aged in both American Bourbon barrels and European oak sherry casks, this whisky has aromas of dried and tropical fruit with hints of oak, malt and sherry notes. It’s not one to miss.

FREE CHILLER BINS HIRE

Majestic offers free chiller bin* loan for customers purchasing wine from us.

Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.
We can also sell the ice to go in a chiller bin, or have it arrive separately - simply contact your local store after placing your order.

Quite distinctive, bold and sweet aromas with a rich, fruity and very well-rounded taste with no alcohol burn at all! This was my first Indian Single Malt whisky and I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by the quality!!!
