In 2017, Laurent-Perrier took a huge risk and created a new recipe for their popular non-vintage Champagne. It paid off. La Cuvée is a uniquely fresh fizz made predominantly from Chardonnay. Aromas of white blossom, citrus and peach are balanced by delicate toasty notes.
Expect aromas of red and black fruit with ripe, concentrated tannins. It's a complex and elegant wine with a rich palate that highlights the quality of the grapes.
