WINES TO GO WITH LAMB

Serving roast amb this Easter? You need the perfect wine to match. Things can get tricky here, so we've done the hard work for you. Shanks are best with Pinot Noir, medium-to-well-done meat is best with big reds (think Shiraz, Cabernet or Rioja Reserva), and slow-cooked lamb is perfect with Grenache, the regal Italian reds and red Burgundy.
