Prize”).

To enter the promotion, participants must (a) purchase a bottle of Guvnor VIP Anniversary Limited Edition Red Wine (SKU 14862), (b) find the winning cork and (c) if they find the winning cork, notify Majestic of this by contacting us on 03456056767 or visiting their local store with the winning cork.
The cork must then be sent to Majestic by recorded delivery, along with the entrant’s name, contact number, and email address, for verification and communication purposes.
This promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Majestic, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.You must hold a UK passport.
The promotion will run from 8/04/2024 to 23:59 on 16/10/2024 (the “
Promotion Period”). If the cork is not found during the Promotion Period, no prize will be awarded.
Upon Majestic receiving the winning cork, the winner will be notified, within 30 days of receipt, by email or telephone using the details provided. Majestic reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Majestic reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age.
The Prize is non-transferable and there are no substitutions or a cash prize alternative for the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability and in the event that the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Majestic’s control, Majestic reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is supplied by Felix Solis (the "
Supplier").
Majestic’s liability Majestic, its agents, distributors and employees shall not be responsible or liable for the following:
- The winning cork becoming lost in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt;
- Lost or insufficient travel documentation which prevents and/or results in the winner not being able to redeem the Prize;
- Any events outside of Majestic’s control, including but not limited to missed flights or denied travel/boarding by the relevant airline company;
- Expenses which fall outside the scope of the Prize;
- Injury or loss sustained during the trip, including personal injury and loss of personal belongings, except where directly caused by the negligence of Majestic.
Majestic reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so at any time without notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Majestic encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Please do not purchase more product than you should reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
Travel arrangements and redeeming the Prize Travel dates must be agreed in advance with Majestic and the Supplier, and are always subject to availability. There will be one single winner who may select one guest to accompany them on the trip. The guest must be aged 18 or over. The winner and the guest must travel together on the same flights and transfers.
The flights will be selected by Majestic and at Majestic’s sole discretion. The accommodation offered is for 2 nights in a shared room. Extended accommodation is at the discretion and sole cost of the winner and the winner shall bear the administration and cost of such additional expenses.
Travel arrangements in the UK to the airport are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees to cover all other costs and expenses which are not expressly included in by the Prize, including but not limited to travel documents, visas and travel insurance.
The Prize must be redeemed, and travel must be taken, within 12 calendar months of Majestic notifying the winner of the Prize, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
Winner’s details Majestic must either publish or make available information that indicates that a prize was awarded. To comply with this obligation Majestic will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails help@majestic.co.uk or writes to Guv VIP promotion C/O Customer Service Team, Majestic House, The Belfry, Colonial Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD24 4WH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the Promotion Period.
If the winner objects to any use of their name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Majestic at help@majestic.co.uk. In such circumstances, Majestic must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The winner agrees for use of photography and any other marketing material used solely by Majestic and Felix Solis for the purposes of advertising, promotional and information purposes, including but not limited to use on Majestic’s Social Media Platforms to promote the product, brand and this promotion.
