Sourced from their Chaytors Road vineyard off eight-year-old 10/5 clone Pinot Noir vines. The grapes were picked relatively early, to retain the natural acidity while keeping sugars and therefore alcohol at a relatively low level. This wine has an attractive strawberry hue with aromas of strawberries and cream. The palate is clean, crisp and dry featuring berry fruit and hints of citrus. Open whilst fresh and young and match with tomato and herb tart or summer salads.
