Amarone Classico Costasera product photo

Amarone Classico Costasera 2012 Masi

Masi has been run by the Boscaini family for the past six generations, and their wines are rooted in tradition, representing the classic Venetian styles. This Amarone is made by drying the grapes on bamboo racks throughout winter, after which the dried berries undergo a very long fermentation period of around 80 days in total, in a mixture of steel vats and Slavonian oak barrels. Immensely full-bodied and complex, with intense and mature dry fruit aromas. Drink with game, mature cheese, or as a digestif.

Delivery Information
We have a wide selection of fine wines available in our network of stores across the UK. You can also order exclusive fine wines online that are stored at our temperature controlled Fine Wine Centre in St John's Wood, London. If a wine is labelled 'Special Distribution' we will send it via courier from the Fine Wine Centre to your local Majestic before your delivery can be completed. This allows you to choose from a much greater range of fine wine, but does mean delivery may take a few days longer than usual.
