Typically good Barbera
Unmistakable rose fragrances and vanilla. Cherries with good length truly representative of the Barbera grape. If you love classy Piedmonteese wines, this is for you! (2011 vintage)

so nicely surprised!
In the beginning did not know what to make of the label but found a very decent wine behind this. Medium purple colour-refined black fruit on the nose-light body and medium tannin- overall a magnificent wine from the north west of Spain. unbeatable price for the quality you receive.

Good every day Mourvedre from Languedoc
Purply red color; nose liquorice and redberries; medium body and tannins.Light oak. Good every day Mourvedre from Languedoc. Priced fairly at £7. Good with Pecorino and extra mature cheddar.

Faultless
Purply red color; light spice and dark fruit; medium body with a balanced level of tannins, leaving you with a delicate bitter cherry in the end. Difficult to find any faults on this 2010 syrah by Jeanne Gaillard. Served this fine wine with veal burgers and chorizo sausages. Fantastic price for a 100% Syrah from Norther Rhone. Any other northern rhone wine would start double this price.

Good southern Rhone!
Nice light red colour, light body, spice& lightly peppery nose, good level of tannins. Dark fruits on palate. Try with extra mature cheddar and Granda Padanno cheese. Good price for £7 but would not have bought at £10 overpriced.
