Complex and smooth
Coconut aroma and attack with long lasting cherry and leather finish. I found that it complemented fatty food very well and had enough flavour to still enjoy its complexities with spices.

More complex than your average Beaujolais
Floral nose with hints of aniseed. More robust than expected with juicy tannins and acid strawberry. I enjoyed with sushi on a summer's evening in the park.
