Always likeable
I agree with the sentiments above. Characterful wine in the Costieres tradition; one shouldn't like its variation from the Provencal rose norm, but the fact is that I enjoy it for all that and keep coming back to it! Easy drinking and with sufficient body to stand up to a wider range of food than most rose.

Classic NZ pinot for a reasonable price
Delivers the essence of a quality NZ pinot for a fraction of the price of better producers. Thoroughly recommended.

Probably the best £6.99 Chardonnay
A real bargain at this price, this wine shows fantastic expression of the grape considering its southern heritage; clearly carefully and cleverly crafted by the vigneron. Plenty of fruit, not too much alcohol. A delight with most foods and with sufficient character to stand up to more robust pairings.

Terrible!
This is frankly undrinkable. If you're desperate then buy it, otherwise leave well alone. I had one glass then threw the rest of the bottle away.

Less than impressive
Rather harsh wine that needs a little time in the glass to mellow. At the discounted price it is not unreasonable value for money.
