Yummy and elegant
This is a lovely wine, - little bubbles, quite toasty like good champagne, a little apricoty/almondy but still dry. I drank Veuve Clicquot after the Underagga and the VC seemed harsh in comparison.
I tried to give this four stars but the fourth star wouldn't go yellow.
Anyhow, love these bubbles from Cremant. First had it in Paris a couple of years ago, my friend who lives there says it's the cream of cremants - and the Parisians buy it for special occasions (if they're not buying good champagne). It's got nice, small bubbles and it's peachy but dry and smooth.
buttery and quaffable
I enjoyed this a lot. It was fullsome but not cloying.
