Not my favourite sauvignon blanc. Too strong in gooseberry and almost a vegetal undertone. Would probably work well with the right food but not right for a classic pairing with fish. Much prefer Wither Hills, Oyster Bay or Fairleigh if that helps you decide if this is right for you

This wine has been available for £4.99 for some time know, which is amazing given its' consistently high quality. Although similar to Oyster bay I prefer it, as I find Oyster Bay a little sweet for my tastes.
