Simply excellent!
We bought two bottles with some reservations having tried it several years ago when it was very disappointing. Some magic has been worked, however, as this champagne is streets ahead. Great nose, complex flavour without being too dry and a very long satisfying aftertaste. Both bottles were equally good showing consistency in the product.
We will definitely be buying this again.
